Manager, Logistics Business Insights

In this role, you translate data into actionable insights to improve logistics performance and drive measurable business outcomes. You will lead analytics, automation, and a future-ready data backbone within the Center Logistics Excellence team, enabling proactive, data-driven decisions. You'll shape the data foundation and digital capabilities to scale AI, automation, and operational excellence. Expect to influence service levels, cost efficiency, capacity agility, and sustainability through advanced analytics and digital transformation initiatives. This is a strategic, hands-on role that partners across operations, IT, and external vendors to deliver real impact.

• Enable proactive, insight-led decision-making through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and automated insights
• Translate complex data into clear narratives guiding logistics, customer, and enterprise decisions
• Develop advanced signal-sensing analytics for demand, capacity, service, cost, and external signals
• Lead deployment and adoption of analytics platforms, automation, and AI-enabled tools in logistics workflows
• Influence data foundations, governance, and architecture to support scalable analytics, AI, and automation
• Embed automation into repeatable processes such as exception management and performance monitoring
• Track and communicate value from digital initiatives via KPIs aligned to logistics strategy
• Serve as a thought leader for advanced analytics, automation, and data-driven operations in Logistics

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as statistics, analytics, mathematics, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in logistics, supply chain, or related field with focus on digital transformation and process improvement
• Experience designing or deploying AI, ML, and automation-based applications in logistics
• Proficiency with SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Denodo, Azure Databricks, Copilot 365/Studio tools
• Understanding of data stewardship, report ownership, data quality, compliance, and access management
• Technical proficiency in data analytics, coding, automation, and application development (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI)
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes; proven automation initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
